Texturing in progress on the Steampunk House #1, which is what I've decided to call this kit. I figure the name will stand out and let folks know that this is the start of a new line.
I just purchased a number of your models, and am extremely happy with everything! I don't know how to change textures, however. The instructions say to open the "files menu", but where do I find it? Is this the standard "file" menu for Windows? I tried that, but there was no link there to enable me to change anything. I realize I'm probably just misinterpreting what is clear to most people, but my computer knowledge dates from the Jurassic Period, so any help you can give would be most appreciated. (My wife said to ask that you use small words...)
Hi Chris. Thanks for picking up some of my stuff. Some of my models are "one look only" so there will not be extra layers on them. But for my "multi-layered" models, open them in Adobe Acrobat Reader and look for the "Layers" palette. If you can't find it, or if it isn't open automatically, Search for "Navigation > Layers" and it'll probably turn up.
Looking good so far, Dave ;)
